Partnerships & Vendor Relations Executive (Events & Catering)

About Us Alangkaar Pte Ltd (Raja's Catering & Alangkaar Weddings) is one of Singapore's leading Indian wedding and events groups — spanning catering (South & North Indian cuisine), wedding planning, decor, and event production, operating from our central kitchen at 15 Woodlands Loop. Role Purpose Get our brands listed and embedded in more event venues — as approved caterer, in-house/preferred vendor, and partner for wedding and event planning. What You'll Do - Identify and approach event venues, hotels, country clubs, community spaces, and temples for vendor and in-house catering partnerships - Manage vendor registration and tender/application processes end-to-end (documents, submissions, follow-ups) - Build and maintain a pipeline of venue partnerships, renewal dates, and contacts - Negotiate partnership terms alongside management - Represent the company at industry networking events and venue meetings - Coordinate internally with our kitchen, planning, and decor teams to meet each venue's requirements (licences, insurance, menus) - Provide admin support for partnership contracts and compliance documents What We're Looking For - 1–3 years in business development, partnerships, sales, or events admin (F&B/events industry a plus) - Strong written English for tenders and vendor applications - Organised, persistent, and comfortable doing outreach - Familiarity with the Singapore venue/vendor landscape is a big advantage What You'll Get - Direct impact on company growth — work directly with the founders - CPF and performance incentives tied to partnerships secured To apply: apply via MyCareersFuture or send your resume to admin@rajascatering.com.sg
