Senior Wedding Decoration Stylist / Designer

About Us Alangkaar (Raja's Catering & Alangkaar Weddings) is one of Singapore's leading Indian wedding and events groups. We design and build decor for hundreds of weddings and large-scale events a year — stages, mandaps/dais, backdrops, floral, draping, and full thematic styling, from our events hub at 15 Woodlands Loop. The Role We are looking for a truly skilled senior stylist to lead our decor design and raise the standard of our entire setup team. You will own decor concepts from client brief to flawless execution on event day — and mentor our existing crew to your standard. What You'll Do - Lead design and styling of wedding and event decor: stages, mandaps, backdrops, floral artistry, draping, table-scapes, and thematic sets - Develop concepts, moodboards, and design presentations for clients - Direct on-site builds — lead the setup team, enforce quality and finishing standards - Train and upskill our in-house decor team - Source materials, flowers, and props; manage suppliers and budgets - Innovate: bring fresh styles across Indian, fusion, and contemporary wedding aesthetics What We're Looking For - At least 3 years hands-on experience in wedding/event decor styling and design, with a strong portfolio (required with application) - Deep skill in floral work, draping, staging, and spatial styling; Indian wedding decor expertise is a big advantage - Proven ability to lead teams and deliver under event-day pressure - An eye for detail and finishing that lifts everyone around you What You'll Get - Monthly salary of $3,300 to $4,500, based on skill and portfolio - Lead-designer role with real creative ownership across high-volume, high-profile events - CPF for eligible employees To apply: apply via MyCareersFuture, or send your resume AND portfolio (photos of your own work) to admin@rajascatering.com.sg.
