Delivery Coordination & Dispatch Assistant (Senior-Friendly)

Raja's Catering (part of the Alangkaar group) is one of Singapore's established Indian wedding and events caterers. We are hiring a senior-friendly Delivery Coordination & Dispatch Assistant — a coordination role (desk and ground), with no driving required. Mature jobseekers are welcome and encouraged to apply. Full training is provided; no prior experience is needed. A Class 3 licence is a bonus, not a requirement. This role is intended for support under the WSG Career Conversion Programme (CCP); programme funding eligibility requires Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident status. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Plan daily delivery schedules against confirmed orders and event timings. - Dispatch drivers, track departures and arrivals, and update customers on timing. - Check outgoing orders against packing lists before vehicles leave. - Log completed deliveries and flag issues for follow-up. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Organised and calm under time pressure; clear phone communication. - Comfortable with WhatsApp and simple apps for tracking (we will train). - Weekend event-day work with off-in-lieu. WHAT YOU'LL GET - Structured 2-month training plan with a confirmed wage increment on completion. - CPF contributions; annual leave, medical leave and overtime per the Employment Act.
