Customer Service & Front-Of-House Associate (Senior-Friendly)

Raja's Catering (part of the Alangkaar group) is one of Singapore's established Indian wedding and events caterers. We are building a senior-friendly front-of-house team — this is a genuine role designed around senior-friendly duties, and mature jobseekers are welcome and encouraged to apply. Full structured training is provided; no prior F&B experience is needed. This role is intended for support under the WSG Career Conversion Programme (CCP); programme funding eligibility requires Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident status. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Welcome and greet guests; serve as host/hostess at weddings and corporate events. - Take orders at the counter and over the phone; handle cashiering and payment recording. - Answer phone and WhatsApp enquiries about menus, packages, and orders. - Provide friendly, unhurried customer service. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Warm, patient, people-oriented; conversational English (Tamil/Malay/Mandarin a plus). - Comfortable standing/walking during event shifts; weekend event work with off-in-lieu. - No experience needed — 2-month structured on-the-job training with a dedicated supervisor, and a wage increment on successful completion. WHAT YOU'LL GET - Senior-friendly scheduling and workload; 5-day week with off-in-lieu for event weekends. - Structured 2-month training plan with a confirmed wage increment on completion. - CPF contributions; annual leave, medical leave and overtime per the Employment Act.
