Operation Manager

Job Summary The Operations Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, and workplace safety requirements are achieved. Key Responsibilities Manage daily production operations and ensure production schedules are met. Optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and resources. Monitor production performance and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams. Lead, coach, and develop production and operations staff. Control operational budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain compliance with ISO standards and support audits. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality management. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Salary: SGD 8,000 – 13,000 per month (commensurate with experience) Employment Type: Full-Time
