HR Manager – Workforce & Operations

We are a growing operations and workforce solutions group supporting hotels, facilities, and multi-site businesses across Singapore. As we scale, we are building a more structured and high-performing HR function — and we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead this transformation. This is not a routine HR role. You will be responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to a high-volume, operations-driven environment. What You Will Be Responsible For Leading and structuring the internal HR function across multiple business units Strengthening HR operations, processes, and governance Overseeing payroll, compliance, and workforce management at scale Managing and guiding an existing HR team (operations,admin, recruitment) Supporting business expansion, including new ventures and outsourced HR services Acting as a key partner to management on workforce strategy and execution What We’re Looking For 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role Strong background in HR operations (payroll, compliance, MOM regulations) Experience managing high-volume or operational workforce environments Structured, process-driven, and able to bring order to complexity Confident in leading and developing a team Why Join Us Opportunity to build and shape a growing HR function Exposure to multi-industry operations (Hospitality, Facilities, F&B) Direct involvement in business expansion and new HR initiatives This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond routine HR and play a key role in building a scalable organisation.
