Logistics Operations Executive Location: Central Singapore Our client is a well-established logistics company seeking a Logistics Operations Executive to support daily freight operations and ensure smooth shipment coordination. Responsibilities Coordinate import and export shipments via air and sea freight. Prepare and process shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations. Liaise with customers, carriers, transport providers, and internal teams. Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers. Resolve operational issues and support daily logistics activities. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations. Familiar with shipping documentation and import/export procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
