Prepare sales contracts, offers, invoices, and commercial documentation. Coordinate closely with customers, logistics providers, shipping lines, and internal stakeholders. Monitor contract execution, shipment schedules, and payment timelines. Maintain accurate records of sales, shipments, inventory, and customer information. Prepare sales reports and support commercial analysis. Ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely customer updates. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related discipline. 2–6 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Commercial Support, Trade Operations, Customer Service, Import/Export, or Logistics Coordination. Experience in metals, non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, steel, mining, ferroalloys, manganese, commodities, shipping, or trading industries is highly preferred. Familiar with international trade documentation, Incoterms, and contract administration. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
