Supervisor

Job Description Supervise daily furniture and sofa manufacturing operations to meet production targets. Plan and assign work schedules to production workers and upholsterers. Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with company standards. Train, guide and evaluate production staff on work performance and safety procedures. Coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order completion. Monitor inventory of raw materials and production supplies. Ensure workplace safety and proper use of machinery and equipment. Prepare production reports and perform other duties assigned by management. Job Requirements At least 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, including supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of sofa and furniture production processes. Experience supervising production workers and coordinating daily operations. Good problem-solving and leadership skills. Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. Willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
