Meat Processing Supervisor

Supervise daily meat processing operations, including cutting, trimming, deboning and portioning of meat products. Plan and assign daily tasks to production staff to ensure production targets are achieved. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Train and supervise staff on proper meat processing techniques and workplace safety. Conduct routine inspections of processing equipment and work areas. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations. Maintain accurate production records and report operational issues to management. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in meat processing or butchery operations. At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a meat processing or food manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of meat cutting, deboning, trimming and portioning techniques. Familiar with food safety, hygiene practices and HACCP standards. Able to work in a chilled environment and handle physically demanding tasks. Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
