Baker

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake bread, buns, pastries and other baked products according to company recipes. Measure, mix, proof, shape and bake dough while maintaining consistent quality. Monitor baking temperatures and product appearance to ensure quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery, equipment and work area. Check ingredient inventory and report shortages. Follow food safety and workplace safety regulations. Assist in developing seasonal or new bakery products when required. Support daily bakery operations and work closely with the kitchen team. Requirements: Able to prepare a variety of breads and baked products independently. Knowledge of dough fermentation, baking techniques and food hygiene practices. Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours. Good teamwork and time management skills.
