Finance Manager

Play a key role in supporting the Company's upstream oil and gas operations by managing financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, tax compliance, and statutory reporting. Partner with management, operational teams, partners, and HQ to deliver accurate financial insights, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic business decisions. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the company's financial performance, governance, and long-term growth. Job Responsibilities: Manage full set accounting of the business, including monthly and annual financial closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements and management reports for subsidiaries. Prepare and submit financial reports to management, including support for subsidiary reporting and consolidation requirements. Prepare audit schedules, statutory financial statements, tax filings, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements. Reconcile intercompany balances, process intercompany billings, and maintain accurate accounting records and internal controls. Review expenditure statements, ensure proper cost allocation. Coordinate the annual budgeting process, including budget preparation, consolidation, and management review support. Manage payment and receipt processing, cash flow forecasting, cash reconciliations, and fixed asset registers for subsidiaries.
