Supply Chain Manager

Industry: Food & Beverage (Restaurant) Key Responsibilities Manage procurement of food ingredients, beverages, and restaurant supplies. Source and liaise with local and overseas suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment. Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries. Ensure timely supply of ingredients to kitchen operations. Maintain stock records and conduct regular inventory checks. Coordinate import documentation for food products (if applicable). Monitor supplier performance, quality, and pricing. Ensure compliance with food safety and storage requirements. Prepare procurement and inventory reports. Develop and improve procurement and inventory SOPs. Perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain, preferably in the food & beverage industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple suppliers.
