Senior Project Manager

Lead the overall design, planning, execution, and delivery of the Hookup Project. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. Oversee engineering design, project planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project handover. Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, and company requirements. Provide technical leadership and mentor project team members to achieve project excellence. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or a related discipline). Minimum 10 years of total Hook-Up project experience, with proven experience managing large-scale semiconductor or high-tech industrial projects. Extensive experience in design and project management for Hook-Up projects. Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple project priorities effectively. Willingness to travel or be based at the project site as required.
