Facilities Manager / Senior Facilities Manager

Job Summary To lead the team of engineers and officers for smooth daily facility maintenance. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a team of engineers and officers to deliver seamless daily facility maintenance operations that support business continuity Plan, supervise, and manage all facilities maintenance services, schedules, and improvement projects to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness Ensure compliance with ISO standards and relevant regulations by the team and external contractors/vendors to uphold quality and safety standards Coordinate and direct all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works by liaising closely with consultants and clients to ensure project alignment and timely delivery Monitor building systems for breakdowns, defects, and shutdowns, and implement timely corrective actions to minimize downtime Conduct regular inspections to verify that properties are maintained to high standards and identify opportunities for improvement Recommend and implement facility improvement works at client premises to enhance service quality and strengthen client relationships Prepare and evaluate quotations accurately to support procurement and budgeting processes Required competencies and certifications Minimum Diploma or Degree in Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, or equivalent At least 5 years of experience in Facility Management or a related field Other Information Work schedule: 5.5 work days per week
