Operation Support Officer - Moe Primary School (Job Ref-Ostsnt-2026-06-001)

Role: This is a full-time, onsite, Operation Support officer Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected, You will work closely with the Principal, Vice Principal, Operations Manager and/ Admin Manager, SPL, in MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Yishun ) in the day-to-day activities. Maintaining general cleanliness of equipment and workplace Providing logistical support for school events and activities Setting up and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed. Operating and maintaining basic office equipment and materials Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor. Job Requirements: Completed primary school education. At least 2 years of relevant experience as operations support staff or in a similar role in MOE institutions (schools) Medically fit and able to perform physical tasks associated with the role. Strong ability to work effectively as a team player and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Personnel to be deployed at the following hours (alternating on weekly basis): Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break Fridays: 6:30am to 3:15pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. AND Mondays to Thursdays: 9:45am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break Fridays: 10:15am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
