Role Overview LIKKA is looking for an E-commerce Operations & Projects Intern to support the backend operations of a growing fashion e-commerce brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on execution, organisation, customer experience, and process improvement. You will be involved in the daily operations that keep the brand running, while also helping us improve and automate workflows as we grow. We are looking for someone who is available for a 6 month full-time internship (school internships/attachments welcome). Key Responsibilities Manage the daily flow of order fulfilment, including picking, packing, checking orders, preparing parcels, and coordinating with 3PL or delivery partners Assist with customer service enquiries across our sales channels, including order, delivery, sizing, returns, and exchange-related queries Support returns and exchanges, including checking returned items, updating records, and improving the overall return flow Manage website merchandising operations, including new product uploads, launch setup, collection updates, homepage merchandising, and product display checks Support livestream e-commerce operations, including product setup, pricing checks, inventory checks, and arranging the product flow for live sessions Assist with photoshoot operations, including preparing products, organising samples, checking shoot lists, and tracking items before and after shoots Work on internal projects to improve SOPs, reduce manual work, train our customer service chatbot, and explore better ways to automate operational processes Requirements Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented Comfortable with both hands-on work and computer-based tasks Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members Proactive in solving problems and improving workflows Interested in e-commerce, fashion retail, operations, or customer experience No prior experience required, but a good attitude and willingness to learn are important What You’ll Learn You will gain hands-on exposure to fashion e-commerce operations, website merchandising, order fulfilment, customer experience, livestream operations, photoshoot coordination, and process improvement.
