About this role

Job Responsibilities: Arrange jobs for Field Service Technicians (FSTs) through CRM. Process spare parts issuance through SAP. Monitor and follow up on CRM tasks to ensure spare parts are issued in a timely manner. Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person. Follow up with Customer Service Engineer on approved quotations to proceed with job arrangements. Monitor the delivery of ordered spare parts to the store for customer orders. Coordinate and schedule Preventive Maintenance for sales and rental customers. Track recurring issues and provide feedback to relevant internal teams. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including response time and resolution time. Job Requirements: Minimum a Diploma holder Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision Must be proactive and multitasking Proficient in Salesforce CRM and SAP Will to work at Loyang Way area
