Responsibilities Provide technical input on project drawings, designs and operating parameters, and oversee construction engineering activities. Plan daily project activities using updated engineering drawings and monitor progress to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications. Support project cost control and ensure efficient utilisation of machinery, materials, spare parts and other resources. Review geotechnical conditions, including soil conditions and CPT information, to identify project risks and recommend mitigation measures. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, progress claims, daily reports, site diaries and QA/QC reports. Prepare cost calculations, financial projections and project-related reports in a timely manner. Implement and maintain QA/QC and HSEQ requirements at project sites. Conduct checks and testing to ensure materials and work procedures comply with project and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers. Assist the Project Manager in preparing and monitoring project work schedules. Lead and coordinate site personnel to ensure safety, quality and productivity requirements are achieved. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or a related discipline. At least 1 year of relevant experience in ground improvement works. Experience in geotechnical or foundation-related construction projects will be advantageous. Valid Supervise Construction Work for WSH certification will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD. Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working at construction sites and in outdoor environments.
