About this role

Benefit Monthly salary: $2,200 – $2,800, depending on experience. 1-year contract position. Exposure to HR, Learning & Development and regulatory administration. Opportunity to gain experience in regional training and HR operations. Other employee benefits according to company policy. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the HR and Learning & Development team. Support Building and Construction Authority registration and renewal processes. Process SkillsFuture submissions and claims, including preparation of supporting documents. Assist with internship applications and coordinate with local educational institutions. Track and maintain Continuing Professional Development learning hours. Maintain accurate training and learning records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Prepare documentation to support compliance reviews and audits. Coordinate training administration, including registrations, logistics, attendance tracking and communications. Compile and standardise regional Learning & Development documentation and records. Support the setup and administration of training platforms and Learning Management Systems. Assist in streamlining and automating Learning & Development workflows. Perform data entry, filing and record keeping for HR and training activities. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline. 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administration, Learning & Development support or regulatory coordination will be an advantage. Strong administrative and documentation skills. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Well organised and able to manage multiple administrative tasks. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proactive, responsible and willing to learn. Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
