Our client is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee building electrical systems, facilities maintenance, utilities, vendor coordination, and maintenance improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee preventive maintenance for building electrical and facilities systems. Maintain systems including electrical systems, HVAC, MV systems, compressed air systems, P&S systems, and related facilities systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain operational reliability. Implement predictive maintenance strategies using IoT sensor solutions and AI-driven applications. Drive KPIs for energy savings, power interruption reduction, and faster breakdown recovery. Improve maintenance efficiency through data-driven insights. Support and develop AI-driven Maintenance Work Process (MWP). Manage and maintain utility supply systems including HT/LT, digital metering, energy monitoring systems, water supply, and gas supply. Monitor utility performance and ensure uninterrupted supply of critical utilities. Lead and manage plant facilities repair and improvement projects. Work with cross-functional teams to review vendor design submissions and ensure timely approvals. Manage mandatory checks and approval processes for external vendor electrical design submissions. Monitor vendor work quality and safety compliance. Deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Develop and implement an Integrated Facility Management model to coordinate M&E maintenance and engineering works. Support cost savings and improve repair work processes through IFM management. Enhance collaboration across different disciplines for effective facilities maintenance. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline. 6-8 years of relevant experience in electrical, facilities maintenance, and facilities management. Strong expertise in electrical and mechanical systems maintenance. High level of computer proficiency and tech-savvy mindset with interest in AI-driven applications. Good problem-solving, project management, and vendor coordination skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Innovative thinker with interest in using technology for facilities management. Results-oriented with focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in a manufacturing industry environment is preferred.
