Service Technician (Lifting Equipment)

Key Responsibilities Inspect, service and repair lifting equipment. Troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical problems. Replace damaged or worn parts. Carry out routine maintenance and breakdown repairs. Test equipment after repairs to ensure it operates safely. Assist with installing lifting equipment onto trucks. Install hydraulic hoses, pipes and fittings. Perform basic fitting, drilling and assembly work. Attend customer sites for servicing and emergency breakdowns. Complete service reports after each job. Follow safety procedures and wear the required PPE. Keep the workshop clean and take proper care of tools and equipment. Requirements ITE, NITEC or equivalent technical qualification. At least 2 years of experience servicing hydraulic lifting equipment. Experience with lorry cranes, hooklifts, tailgates or waste systems is preferred. Basic knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems. Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence; Class 4 is an advantage. Willing to travel to customer sites and attend breakdown calls, including after working hours when assigned. Applicants with different levels of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
