Clinic Assistant (5.5 days, Mon to Fri, Half-day Sat/Sun, $2,000+) 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri office hours, Sat half-day AM) Orchard Area Salary from $ 2,000 Responsibilities To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic. Perform front desks duties – registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs. Cashiering duties – payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping. Dispensary Clinical duties – assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging Inventory – Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance. Requirements Min N level and above. No experience require, on job training provided.
