International Sourcing Manager, East

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced International Sourcing Manager to lead international sourcing, supply planning, and import operations to ensure a stable, compliant, and cost-effective supply of imported FMCG products. This role will work closely with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to strengthen category performance through sourcing optimisation, supplier management, inventory planning, and end-to-end import execution. Job Scope: Develop and execute international sourcing strategies to support category growth and margin improvement Build and manage overseas supplier networks and sourcing partnerships Lead supplier negotiations covering pricing, MOQs, lead times, service levels, and supply continuity Drive direct import initiatives and improve total landed cost performance Develop demand forecasts and supply plans across imported product categories Manage inventory health, replenishment planning, and out-of-stock mitigation strategies Oversee import execution from PO placement through shipment coordination and customs clearance Ensure compliance with import regulations, permits, food safety, and internal governance standards Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen product range and competitiveness Requirements: Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline Minimum 8 years of experience in international sourcing, supply planning, and import operations Experience managing overseas suppliers and end-to-end supply chain execution Strong exposure to demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and import operations Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment Additional Information: Commencement Date: Immediate Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm Location: Tampines
