About this role

A Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a full-fledged kitchen, including at least 2 years in a similar role. Candidates must possess food hygiene certification and be able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
