Bakery Baker

Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of artisan breads, Danish pastries, and other baked products. Perform dough preparation, fermentation, baking, and finishing according to company standards. Ensure consistent product quality while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure proper care of baking equipment and tools. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a bakery baker. Strong knowledge of artisan bread, sourdough, Danish pastries, and other bakery products. Responsible, proactive, and committed to producing high-quality products. Able to work in a fast-paced bakery environment and handle physically demanding tasks. A good team player with a positive working attitude.
