Payroll Executive (Mon–Fri | Jurong East | Bi-Weekly Payroll | BIPO System) Salary: Basic up to $3,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Location: Jurong East (5-minute walk from MRT) Benefits: Bi-Yearly Performance Bonus Job Overview We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Payroll Executive to join our team. If you have experience in managing contractor payroll, generating billing reports, and are proficient in BIPO, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for contract staff Generate, verify, and reconcile payroll and billing reports, including margin analysis Ensure payroll operations comply with Employment Act and statutory regulations Manage IRAS-related submissions including IR21 tax clearance and IR8A reporting Handle CPF matters, NS Make-Up Pay claims, insurance claims, CPF refunds, and Government-Paid Leave claims Maintain accurate payroll records and employee documentation Proficient in BIPO/Prosoft payroll system is a strong advantage Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
