Operations Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of air-conditioning and chiller systems across our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and optimal energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the operations team responsible for aircon and chiller systems. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs. Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, NEA, and other regulatory requirements. Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and procurement of spare parts. Prepare operational reports, energy consumption analysis, and cost-saving initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in system reliability, safety, and efficiency. Train and mentor technicians to uphold high standards of service delivery. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience in HVAC, chiller plant operations, or facilities management. Strong knowledge of chiller systems, cooling towers, pumps, and air-handling units. Familiarity with energy efficiency programs and green building standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
