Project Manager

1. Project Planning & Coordination Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals. 2. Execution & Supervision Oversee site activities for ACMV installation, testing, and commissioning. Monitor progress against schedule and resolve technical/site issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements. 3. Budget & Cost Control Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow. Review and approve variation orders, claims, and progress payments. Optimize resource utilization to achieve cost efficiency. 4. Regulatory & Compliance Ensure adherence to Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), and relevant statutory requirements. Liaise with authorities for inspections, permits, and approvals. 5. Team Leadership & Communication Lead and motivate project engineers, supervisors, and site staff. Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders. Provide clear reporting to senior management on project status, risks, and deliverables. 6. Quality Assurance Implement and enforce quality control procedures. Ensure proper documentation of testing, commissioning, and handover processes. Address defects and warranty issues within stipulated timelines.
