Job Description Deliver monthly management reporting with clear commentary on financial performance Analyse key business drivers across revenue, cost, and profitability metrics Partner with finance and business teams to identify risks and opportunities Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategy Conduct variance analysis to highlight trends and performance gaps Build financial models to support forward-looking decision-making Drive process improvements, automation, and data quality initiatives The Successful Applicant A successful VP Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) should have: Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline; professional qualifications advantageous 5-8 years' experience in FP&A, management reporting or performance analytics Strong understanding of financial statements, cost allocation, and performance metrics Advanced analytical skills with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively Proven stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with Excel modelling and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) Exposure to systems such as TM1/Cognos; SQL, Python or Alteryx knowledge is a plus What's on Offer You will join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that values professional growth and continuous learning.
