Manager (Workplace Plans & Policy)

You are responsible for master planning administrative facilities for MINDEF/SAF camps and bases, managing major infrastructure projects and formulating workplace and infrastructure policies while prioritising employee experience. - Develop master plans for administrative facilities refresh across SAF camps and bases - Oversee major infrastructure development projects in Gombak and Depot Road precincts - Gather and assess stakeholder requirements for key infrastructure projects - Draft and seek approval for block requirements for major infrastructure projects - Review and formulate workplace and infrastructure policies and standards - Monitor industry standards and trends for workplace design Challenge(s) - Balancing diverse stakeholder interests in large-scale, long-term complex projects - Ensuring workspace and workplace plans meet future demands and expectations - Education in Architecture, Urban Design, Urban Planning, Environmental Studies, Civil Engineering, Land Management, Humanities and Social Sciences with focus on urban issues - Strong analytical and communication skills - Excellent writing abilities - Stakeholder management skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
