Manager (Intelligence Operations Processes)

You play a key role in ensuring the smooth end-to-end functioning of Joint Intelligence Directorate (JID) in wartime. - Manage JID's infrastructure and systems, organisational structure, establishments and staffing, processes and linkages, and National Servicemen (NSmen) resources - Coordinate and manage JID's participation in exercises at various levels, ensuring that exercise objectives are clearly defined and met - Support the development of future concepts and contribute to operations learning - Review and update doctrines and directives - Assist the branch in other matters as required, including handling logistics, finance and infrastructure matters Challenge(s) - Managing multiple concurrent tasks under time constraints - Navigating uncertainty when working on novel developmental work, such as future concepts and doctrine reviews, where there may be limited precedent or established frameworks to draw upon - Education in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or Defence and Strategic Studies - At least 3 years of relevant work experience in an associated field is preferred - Strong planning and organisational skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to get up to speed quickly on relevant policies and directives - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a larger team (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
