Senior Executive (Finance & Logistics) - Navy

You will play a pivotal role in managing the logistical and financial resources for the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN), ensuring compliance with governance policies and supporting operational planning and current operations. - Manage logistical and financial resources for RSN-wide Command, Control, Communications, Computers (C4) and Operational Support and Information Technology (OSIT) equipment - Plan and execute half-yearly and annual stocktaking exercises for both C4 and OSIT equipment - Ensure compliance with logistical and financial governance policies across all functions - Account for, control, and track material storage and supply - Provide logistical and administrative support for operations planning and current operations meetings managed by the Naval Operations Department (NOD) - Evaluate and execute finance procurement and material movement for NOD with maintenance of financial records - Perform the roles of Unit Resource Officer (URO) and Authorised Officer for Finance (AOF) Challenge(s) - Navigating the complexities of RSN logistics and finance systems and policies to ensure all equipment and resources are managed in full compliance with governance guidelines - Education in any discipline - At least 5 years of working experience, with experience in logistics being advantageous - Familiarity with MINDEF/SAF Logistics and Finance systems and policies, including the Enterprise System (ES) is advantageous - Proficiency in office productivity applications, with an openness to adopting technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation to improve work efficiency and streamline processes - Meticulous, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders across all levels of management Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
