Assistant Director (Audience Analytics)

You drive the design, development, and implementation of audience profiles and frameworks to enhance MINDEF/SAF's strategy, policy, and planning across public communications, internal communications, and community engagement. - Develop strategic recommendations for the engagement of MINDEF/SAF's audiences - Coordinate the conduct of social science studies across different segments of MINDEF/SAF's audiences Challenge(s) - Keeping abreast of the latest research and practices in psychology, and ensuring that MINDEF/SAF's capabilities evolve alongside the changing environment - At least 6 years of experience in designing and conducting research studies with an analysis component - Basic knowledge in social science analysis and experience using analysis software such as SPSS; experience with analysis or programming languages such as R or Python is advantageous - Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to think quickly and innovatively to solve problems and develop solutions - Good organisational acumen and a keen appreciation of defence, security, and the changing information environment, with the ability to apply psychology to meet organisational needs - Strong presentation and communication skills to present findings and recommendations in a meaningful and accessible way Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
