Assistant Director (Training & Doctrine) - Kranji

You are responsible for maintaining and developing Combat Service Support (CSS) doctrine at the Division and above-level, serving as the custodian of the CSS Knowledge Tree to ensure all doctrine content remains current, relevant, and well-integrated across services and Army Divisions. - Translate new CSS operating concepts into CSS doctrines for Division and above-level CSS operations, ensuring promulgation and adoption across services and Army Divisions - Direct and co-ordinate the review of existing CSS doctrines with relevant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), drawing on gaps identified during major exercises and training - Ensure the relevancy and integrity of the CSS Knowledge Tree - Leverage technology, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to streamline and document doctrinal processes, knowledge management, and the development of Army CSS doctrine Challenge(s) - Navigating the complexity of translating evolving CSS operating concepts into clear, actionable doctrine that is relevant and applicable across diverse services and Army Divisions - Education in any field - At least 6 years of prior experience in a Doctrine, Training, or Operations appointment, particularly in areas of Logistics operations, is preferred - Proficiency in staff writing, research, and presentation skills - Strong critical thinking with the ability to communicate with influence Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
