Manager (NS Alumni Relations)

You play a pivotal role in coordinating and administering National Service (NS) Alumni engagement initiatives and processes. - Coordinate and execute engagement initiatives for NS Alumni groups in assigned Divisions/Formations as the primary point-of-contact - Scale and sustain the engagement model within assigned Divisions/Formations to ensure consistent and effective outreach - Manage relationships with NS Alumni and supporting entities (e.g., other departmental branches) to implement proposals and resolve queries and issues - Structure and sustain a feedback loop to track the effectiveness and publicity of initiatives, and identify areas for improvement - Support sub-units in executing administrative processes related to NS Alumni engagement, including finance and logistics matters Challenge(s) - Staying attuned and sensitive to the evolving trends and needs of NS Alumni across their different life stages - Working with an age-diverse target audience alongside various internal stakeholders with differing priorities and needs - Education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications or a related field - At least 2 years of experience in stakeholder coordination, engagement, or a related function is preferred - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess initiative effectiveness - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Able to work independently within a small team set-up Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
