You play a critical role in leading the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Band's human capital, administrative, and public communication functions to ensure effective staffing, capability development, operational support, and organisational readiness. - Manage Human Resource (HR) matters and administration for the unit - Develop the publicity and communication strategy to strengthen public outreach - Manage SAF Band's public-facing channels and platforms - Manage front-of-house operations and VIP arrangements for SAF Band concert performances - Lead monthly meetings on administrative and manpower matters - Provide operational support for the SAF Band's local and overseas deployments Challenge(s) - Managing the SAF Band's specialised talent pipeline across diverse populations, while ensuring high standards of governance, administration, and public communications - Education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience is preferred - Strong contextual knowledge and experience with arts organisations or musicians is advantageous - Strong writing and communication skills - Highly organised with keen attention to detail - Disciplined and systematic in work processes - Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
