Intern - HR Digitalisation & Analytics

We are looking for an intern to support the HR Department’s digitalisation efforts through two key projects: Key Projects 1. Automate HR Workforce Tracking • Enhance and automate the updating of HR workforce data used to track officers’ postings, secondments, and movements. • Streamline data collection and validation to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy. • Explore the use of automation tools, workflows, and dashboards to support workforce planning. 2. Develop a HR Chatbot • Design and develop a chatbot to answer common Ranking & Promotion (R&P) and HR-related queries from officers. • Work with HR stakeholders to identify frequently asked questions and translate them into chatbot capabilities. • Improve employees’ access to HR information and enhance overall user experience. What You Will Gain • Hands-on experience in HR digitalisation and process automation. • Opportunity to apply analytics, automation, AI, and digital tools to solve real-world HR challenges. • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Human Resource, or a related field. • Familiarity with data analysis, automation, and digital tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Python or similar tools). • Interest in AI, process improvement, and digital transformation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
