Manager/ Senior Manager, School Campus (Projects)

As Manager/ Senior Manager, School Campus (Projects) in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that manages building infrastructure and facilities enhancement projects. • Manage infrastructure programmes and projects to enhance school campuses and facilities including renovation and upgrading works to better meet educational needs (e.g. collaborative spaces for staff and students to enhance teaching and learning) • Manage the procurement and administration of consultancy and building/ renovation contracts • Review consultants’ design proposals to ensure adherence to MOE’s requirements • Promote partnerships with schools and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of infrastructure facilities enhancement and building projects to meet schools’ needs • Preferably with more than 5 years of relevant working experience in the built environment or other related fields • Good knowledge and understanding of the building industry and regulations • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Proactiveness and ability to work well independently and in a team As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
