Manager

Job Description: Oversee and manage the company's daily operations. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals. Supervise and lead employees, ensuring efficient performance and productivity. Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities. Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety requirements. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to directors. Requirements: Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Singapore business regulations and industry practices is an advantage. Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
