Construction Project Manager

Job Description: Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities. Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to project specifications and timelines. Manage project teams and provide leadership to site personnel. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Review project drawings, contracts, and technical documents. Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimise delays and cost overruns. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and clients. Attend project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations, BCA requirements, and workplace safety standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Ability to work independently and lead project teams effectively. Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
