Business Development Manager

Job Description: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify potential business opportunities. Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market presence. Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals with clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Attend business meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to generate leads and secure new business opportunities. Excellent presentation and client relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of the Singapore business environment and industry practices is an advantage. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
