Video Producer

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire for a Video Producer. In this role, you will lead end-to-end video production—from initial concept and on-set execution to post-production—creating high-impact visual assets for short-form social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts), paid performance ads, and brand campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Brainstorm, script, and storyboard visual concepts for new scent launches, promotional campaigns, UGC-style performance ads, and brand storytelling. Handle camera operations, lighting, audio, and set styling. Edit, color grade, and sound design video assets using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Stay ahead of social media video trends, audio hooks, and visual formats to produce high-engagement TikToks and Reels. Manage in-house cameras, lighting rigs, audio equipment, and tabletop studio setups for glass/product photography and video. Maintain organized digital asset management (DAM) systems and raw footages. Key Requirements: 2–5 years of video production/editing experience, ideally in beauty, fragrance, luxury, fashion, or fast-growing DTC/e-commerce brands. Ability to balance high-production brand videos with fast-turnaround, trend-based daily content. Strong sense of color theory, framing, motion design, and audio pairing that elevates the luxury and sensory feel of our products.
