M&E Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities As an M&E Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include: Tender & Estimation Prepare cost estimates and quotations for M&E and electrical projects. Review tender drawings, specifications and contract documents. Carry out quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ). Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Prepare tender submissions within required timelines. Assist in cost planning and value engineering. Commercial Administration Prepare progress claims and payment applications. Prepare and evaluate variation order (VO) quotations. Monitor project costs and budgets. Assist in preparing final accounts. Review subcontractor claims and payment recommendations. Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation. Project Support Liaise with project managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors. Monitor project progress and cost performance. Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractors. Prepare commercial reports and cost analysis. Support contract administration and project documentation. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant M&E or construction experience will have an advantage. Able to read construction and M&E drawings. Good analytical and numerical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Responsible, organised and willing to learn. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
