Assistant Electrical Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities Supervise daily electrical installation works at project sites. Coordinate site activities with project managers, subcontractors and workers. Monitor work progress and ensure project schedules are met. Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications and safety regulations. Conduct daily site inspections and resolve on-site issues. Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety at all times. Assist in planning manpower, materials and tools required for site operations. Attend site meetings when required. Maintain site records, progress reports and documentation. Report work progress and site issues to management. Requirements Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant site supervision experience in electrical or construction projects preferred. Able to read and understand construction and electrical drawings. Basic knowledge of workplace safety requirements. Good communication and coordination skills. Responsible, proactive and able to work independently. Willing to work at different project locations across Singapore.
