Job Responsibilities Handle customer and overseas agent enquiries. Prepare import/export shipping documents (FCL, LCL, Air Freight & Cross Trade). Arrange bookings, trucking and shipment coordination. Process customs permits when required. Liaise with carriers, customers and internal departments. Support daily operations and administrative duties. Requirements At least 1 year of freight forwarding/logistics experience Knowledge of shipping documentation, Portnet and Customs permits is an advantage.
