Job Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial talent sourcing and screening to salary structuring, offer negotiations, and onboarding. Candidate Experience: Manage the organisation's career portal and job board partnerships to attract top talents and ensure a smooth, positive experience for the candidates. Employee Lifecycle & Contract Management Staff Management: Administer staff movements, including contract renewals, emplacements, leave management, and status changes, ensuring compliance, timeliness and seamless transitions. Retirement & Re-employment Manage the end-to-end retirement and re-employment process, providing guidance to employees and supporting workforce continuity through effective retirement and re-employment planning. Manpower Planning & HR Analytics HR Analytics & Reporting: Maintain the Master Manpower Plan and prepare key HR reports, including KPIs, risk assessments, and recruitment dashboards. Workforce Analytics: Provide accurate annual PRF (Performance Review Forum) reporting and organisational chart maintenance to support leadership in strategic workforce decision-making. Process Excellence & Governance SOP Optimisation: Continuously review, refine, and update HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they are lean, compliant, and fit for purpose. Systems Administration: Manage ClayHR platform (recruitment module, various forms such as Annual Declaration, Contract Management etc) ensuring data efficiency & integrity through effective module configuration. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. Candidates with equivalent qualifications and relevant experience are encouraged to apply. At least 4 years of relevant HR experience, including experience in talent acquisition, contract management and/or employer branding. Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations. Good organisational and time management skills. Meticulous and attends to details with accuracy. Possess good data analytics and reporting skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in HR Management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Able to work independently and ability to learn new things quickly.
