Building Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements Operations Supervisor Duties: Manage and lead a team responsible for completing complex tasks in an efficient and profitable manner Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external contacts Direct and monitor employees’ work, including resource allocation and level of performance Create and implement schedules, procedures, and work instructions Monitor, evaluate, and meet with employees Regularly provide employee feedback Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures Constantly monitor and manage day-to-day activities of employees Operations Supervisor Requirements: A high school diploma or GED. A bachelor's or associate's degree in operations management or business management may be advantageous. Proven work experience in the relevant department. Experience in implementing operational processes. Good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies. Strong project management, administrative management, and organizational skills. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills. Great communication and interpersonal skills.
