Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Catering Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and grow our catering portfolio across corporate events, weddings, private functions, government agencies, educational institutions, and community organisations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Identify and acquire new corporate and institutional clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and business development activities. Manage incoming catering enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Prepare customised catering proposals, quotations, and event packages. Conduct client meetings, site visits, menu presentations, and event consultations. Collaborate closely with culinary, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. Negotiate contracts and pricing while maintaining profitability. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. Requirement Experience in F&B industry for minimum 3 years Strong data client data base with sales experience in catering, hospitality, events, F&B, or related industries. Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
