Tender & Costing Engineer $4.5K - $6.5K + Vb (Near Expo Mrt)

Key Duties · Review tender specifications and customer requirements; prepare process design · Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors · Engage vendors to understand new technologies for customer applications · Liaise with customers on technical information and clarifications · Prepare cost-effective costings and timely commercial & technical bid submissions · Generate and coordinate P&ID and General Arrangement (GA) drawings · Partner with Business Development Manager on costing and process design strategies to improve win rates · Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, and Electrical & Instrumentation teams for technical clarifications · Follow up on submitted proposals and potential opportunities · Negotiate with vendors and customers as required · Verify completeness and compliance of PO contracts upon project award · Nurture customer relationships to drive new opportunities Requirements · Degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering · Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Water / Wastewater Treatment field · Knowledge of water treatment and municipal wastewater treatment processes: Filtration, UF, RO, EDI, SRU, MBBR, MBR · Experience with pumps, motors, valves, piping, mechanical and electrical components (oil & gas industry an added advantage) · Able to prioritise multiple tasks and work independently · Willing to travel occasionally for site visits, sales presentations, and technical clarification meetings How to Apply Send your CV to jeffrey@oaktree.com.sg Jeffrey Chua Kay Hwee EA License No: 06C4642 | EA Registration No: R1110624
